Half tiled en-suite with bath, built in basin and wc. Artex ceiling with coving.
Wall and ceiling substrate removed ready for alteration and improvement.
Removed and extended the stud wall out, moved the original doorway into the corner of the room and bricked up doorway. Fitted new door frame and door.
Built stud walls for bath, shower tray and exposed flooring to fit shower tray and all pipework alterations.
